Dr. Mercedes Sanchez

Dr. Sanchez was born in Mérida, Venezuela. Growing up she spent time with horses and farm animals where she discovered her passion for veterinary medicine. In 2011 Dr. Sanchez graduated at the top of her class with a degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Zulia, Venezuela. Dr. Sanchez spent the first few years of her professional career working with prize-winning racehorses. In 2017 Dr. Sanchez moved to Ocala, Florida, and has been working with small animals ever since. In her spare time, Dr. Sanchez enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring Florida, and spending quality time with her three rescued cats, Mambo, Nano, and Amarillo.
